Job Description:

• Provide customer service to all customers-phone orders/email orders/AR
issues/FTN I processing.
Empties cash bags; faces paper currency; operates and monitors sorting and
counting equipment to sort and account for cash and coin revenue.
Count VENDING/DSD collections and prepare deposits.
Reconcile Vending/DSD Routes
• Research POD variances and account over/shorts.
Complete cash room workpapers.
Build driver change bags and bill changer bags.
Thirsty work orders.
Dispatch Service Calls
• Answer phones
Equipment Movements (Coke)
• Backup all other Coke/DC Vending office duties when needed.
• Key pricing into EOSTAR.
• Enter new customers into EOSTAR.
Keep the office area clean and organized.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ability to work cohesively and in close proximity of others
• Strong organization skills
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of balancing cash or reconciling cash
• Ability to perform simple computer data entry
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/MS Word
• Ability to learn software quickly
• Ability to type 40wpm
• Ability to use calculator by touch
• Ability to be flexible and change tasks quickly or as needed
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand 6-8 hours, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., sit, push,
and pull
• Unrestricted wrist, hand, and finger dexterity
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office. The workspace is heated in winter, air
conditioned in summer (68-72 degrees)
• Work is performed primarily from a standing position and will sit at a computer
as needed.
Full-time work consists of an average of 40 hours per week.
Job Type:
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required
• Ability to multitask handling multiple employee cash bags.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Proficient computer application skills
Non-Exempt, Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm
Pay: $20.50-$22.60/hour DOQ
